As a night owl, morning comes too soon and unlike many rising to face the day is not at the top of the agenda. Coffee helps in this task and usually brews as the shower is running.
This morning, said coffee machine chose to deposit a large portion of fresh coffee on my countertop and floor rather than into the glass carafe waiting to be filled.
The coffee maker had no response as it was scolded for such behavior.
